2021-06 Election & Ballot Results

The official results from the vote on the two ballot items:

#1. Boats allowed in driveways/visible for a longer period of time – PASSED.  79.5% for / 20.5% against

#2. Dues Increase – FAILED.  50% split vote.

HOA Board – The new Board consists of Kevin Cole and Taylor Main.  There are currently three (3) open Board Member positions. If you ae interested in serving on the Board, please contact the HOA via email at TheLakesOfOxfordHOA.com.

Architectural Control Committee (ACC) – Committee members are Brandon Burns and Paul Fischer.  There is currently one (1) open position.  If you are interested in serving on the ACC, please contact the HOA via email at TheLakesOfOxfordHOA.com.

The Covenants have been updated to reflect the latest wording on the boat visibility issue.  The updated document has been filed with the County, and a copy is available on the HOA website.
